A student's Cumulative (CUM) record should follow the student from school to school within the Columbus City School district. If a student has enrolled at your school, and you have not received their records, you should submit a Records Request to the previous school(s). For internal Record Requests, you will submit the request via Scribbles K-12 Transfer. For external requests you will find a fillable form on Infinite Campus under the PLP log.
- CCS Student moving from CCS school to CCS school
- CUM folder should be sent when records are requested
- Students enrolling in CCS from other districts or withdrawing to other districts
- CUM folder remains at last CCS school of attendance and copies of student records are sent upon request by the new school of enrollment
