Open the Index tab
Expand Student Information
Click General
Click on the Report Comments tab
Click Report Card

45 am, our Infinite Campus Support Team ran a script in the database that marked all Pre-K through 8th grade students as Promoted since this is the majority of our students. This means that schools only need to manually update those students who are Retained or Placed. Make sure that only ONE comment box is checked for each student and the checkbox is for the appropriate school year. This should be done by a school official. |
