Form I-9

Every new hire must complete a form I-9. Additionally, the employer must verify the accurate completion of the form by the employee, verify the employee's identification, and complete section 2 of form I-9 no later than 3 days after the hire date. However, all of this could take place before the hire date provided the employee did accept the position.
