Some areas of Confluence are restricted and require a username and password to access.  The example below is for the CAP (Columbus Administrative Portal).

 

If you see the message above, it means you have not entered your Confluence username and password. 

Locate the icon in the upper right corner of your browser and click to enter your credentials.  

If you are currently logged in and need to request access to restricted Confluence Spaces, submit a support ticket.
