Trainings will be held via Zoom and in-person at the Central Enrollment Computer Lab as noted.

Everyone is welcome to attend any session below (more than once if you wish). Some have asked for recommendations on courses they should take. Because the Scheduling Board is new (replacing the Schedule Wizard), this is a course that everyone doing master scheduling should take. We also recommend everyone take the Student Course Requests course, as we will discuss the process for getting requests from SchooLinks.

  • This is a 1-hour training for those new to Master Scheduling, or new to the process in Infinite Campus

  • In this course we will outline the entire master scheduling process in preparation for the remainder of the training courses.

  • REQUIRED This training is required for all new schedulers

  • This is a 1-hour training to help understand how to get student course requests entered

  • In this course we will cover entering student course request methods, including:

    • Schoolinks imported requests

    • mass request entry via the Request Wizard

    • individual student entry via the Walk-In Scheduler

    • Students/Parents entering requests via the portal

  • This is a 2-hour training to understand the process setting up courses & sections

  • We will cover:

    • Adding new courses to your course deck

    • Removing unused courses

    • Adding new sections / Removing unused sections

    • Assigning teachers, rooms, terms & periods

    • Run reports to determine what you offered last year to help plan for next year
