When scheduling for the next school year, it is important to remove any courses and/or sections that are no longer needed.  Depending on the time of year, you may not have the rights to use the delete button, because you could accidentally delete a section from the current school year.  Follow the steps below to clean up your master schedule so that it only shows courses and sections that you are going to be using next year.


Remove a Section


To mark a section for deletion when you do not have delete rights, browse to the section as shown below, and update the Teacher Display Name field to read "Delete"

Once completed, send in a ticket to the Infinite Campus Team, and we will delete these sections for you.


Remove a Course


If you are no longer offering a course at your school for the next school year, submit a course drop form to Teaching & Learning.  Once approved, they will communicate with the Infinite Campus team, and the course will be removed from your school.
