1. Make sure you have General Information Selected
2. Browse to Index > Student Information > General

Search for the Student.

3. Click on the student’s documents tab.
4. Click Documents tab, then Upload New Document.

Upload Type - Select “Due Process Discipline Letter (Hearing (student removal) and Out of School suspensions). The date uploaded Letter” The Date Uploaded defaults to the current date. Do not change this date.

6. Choose File
7. A menu will open, asking you where the file is locatedClick the Browse… button to upload the file. Select the file to upload to this student’s documents tab.
8. Select open.
9. Select appropriate file on your computer and click Save.

The document has been uploaded to the documents tab and shows up is now in the Document List under the current year documents.
