Infinite Campus will have a section to capture students who earn the OhioMeansJobs-Readiness Seal under the Graduation tab, however that release will not be available until mid-June.
A checkbox has been added to the Graduation tab under the District Defined Graduation Fields to capture these students. There is still conversation between Infinite Campus and CCS regarding the seal populating on the transcript, but for right now, adding the checkbox is our means of at least identifying the students.
The end of the school year is quickly approaching…

Please send ECOT records requests to this email address. Please bear in mind that we only have access to ECOT records if the student was active in ECOT at the time of the school closing and if the student resided within the CCS district at that time. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we will assist as much as possible.
Regarding students who might have an inactive record we unfortunately do not have access to these files yet. The courts are still determining what to do with the inactive records from ECOT.

Elementary Schools
For Third Grade Students - 3GRG test scores will be returned electronically on June 4, 2018. Students being retained because they did not meet the cut score will NOT be processed through the CCSDAS. These retentions will be done through the Infinite Campus Support team as an automatic script and the secretary/principal do not need to do anything at this time. Please only enter third grade students into the CCSDAS who are being retained for social/emotional reasons and not for 3GRG.
2018/2019 4th grade students who start SY 2018/2019 in a 3rd grade classroom because they did not meet the requirements of the Third Grade Reading Guarantee prior to the start of the school year must be placed in a 3rd grade attendance homeroom and have the academic block course of N00080 3GRG 4TH GR IN 3RD GR CLASS. This course is set up to span all of the Academic Periods of the school day (NOT the Attendance Periods).
Parents with an established Campus Portal accounts that have been locked or they have forgotten their username and/or passwords must contact the Office of Customer Relations at 614-365-8888. Users will be asked to provide a picture ID either in person or by sending an email to parentportalaccess@columbus.k12.oh.us.
DO NOT SHARE USER IDENTIFICATION OR PASSWORD AND DO NOT POST THEM IN A VISIBLE LOCATION.
Do not ask a portal user for their username or password.
Do not use another person’s accounts or passwords or provide your User Identification or Password to another person.

Campus Student Portal - Scheduling Requests
Course Registration is part of the scheduling process and can be done from the Campus Student Portal. Before students can use the Campus Portal to register for courses next year, certain things need to be completed and/or checked by the school:
Master Scheduler has marked the Portal Display Option Course Registration on the courses.
School Administrator will then request the Course Registration Option to be turned on and made available on the Student Portal. Include the date to open and close the window for students to complete their requests for your school.
Students must know their username and password.

Open Labs - Secondary Scheduling
Have a scheduling question? Need a quiet place to work through those last minute scheduling issues? The Infinite Campus Support team has several locations throughout our new Central Enrollment space we can use to assist users with Master Scheduling.

Open Labs - Elementary Scheduling
Elementary Master Schedule Load Open Labs have been set. Note: you do not have to sign up for an open lab, simply arrive for a day/time that works best for you. There will be Student Data Specialists on hand to assist where needed.
When: May 22, 23 & 24 (8:00 - 4:30 all days)
Where: Central Enrollment Lab (Room 213)
Who: Any elementary building
Why: To work on and hopefully finish up your 2018/2019 schedules for all students currently enrolled.
This will not be a training session. You must attend a Load Training to get your schools load started.
