Status Report for Graduation Signtature Form

This report will show which parents/guardians have acknowledged the Graduation Signature Form by checking the box as indicated below.

To run the report, browse to Index > Ad-Hoc Reporting > Data Export > _Graduation > Graduation Signature Forms Status

Some things to note about the report:

If the Parent Confirmed column is "Yes", this means that the parent has checked the box indicating that they have reviewed the form.
If the Staff Confirmed column is “Yes”, this means that a staff member has completed the form on behalf of the parent because they have already had communication regarding graduation.
The students in this report are active students as of the time the report is run.
If a student does not appear on this report at all, they have either withdrawn, or no form has been created for them by the counselor. See this page for instructions on creating a form.
