Severity Level: 1 - CRITICAL 2 - URGENT 3 - MODERATE 4 - LOW 5 - NOTIFICATION / REVIEW

How to resolve violations


  • Review the Data Validation Results table in Certify, determine the student and incident(s) to review.
  • Review the instructions for Behavior - Add Incident Information 
  • On Infinite Campus search for the students reported by Certify and review the Behavior Incident.
  • Edit the Incident Details - Enter a description of what occurred during the incident in this field. The text placed in this field will generate the text to be added to the pre-formatted Behavior Letters.  If there is more than one participant, the same details will be generated in the letters to all participants.  It is important that confidential student information is not inappropriately released by including it in this field. It is also important to provide details that are objective and fact based. 

How to prevent future violations

  • Review the instructions for Adding Incident Information on the Infinite Campus Dashboard.
  • The Incident details must not be blank when adding Behavior Incidents.
