Does everyone know what all the terms we are using mean? Can we re-use anything from our old system, or utilize terms that everyone is already familiar with?
I think it is important that we are all on the same page across departments in how we term things. For example, there are many different terms for the “thing” that a user submits to get help:
Service Request
Ticket
Issue
What are we going to call it?
Similarly, there are other things we need to make sure that we define:
