Completing Behavior Referrals - 2019-20

Many have asked about behavior referrals that were not acted upon due to the fact that Covid-19 interrupted traditional education. Adding a resolution of "No Action Taken" with a comment of "Covid-19 Closure" in the resolution details field is the recommended course of action to complete these behavior events. The comment of “Covid-19 Closure” should only be used on referrals that occurred in close proximity to the closure (between March 9-13, 2020 ) but were not yet acted upon.
