Non Nurse

• Go to ccs webpage
• Click on staff
• Hoover mouse over sign ons find and click on TLC
• New window will open
• Click the Click Here to access eSIS Previous year's (SISN) databases

• Select year that you wish to Access in this example 2010 - 2011

• Click Run if this dialog box opens

• Username is CPSXXX (cps and school number) example Mifflin HS username: CPS158
• Password is: CPS
• Database should be SISN and school year of choice example 2009-2010 school year: SISN0910
