Student grades are entered by teachers during a time frame that is published a the beginning of the school year. These mark entry dates can be found by selecting the appropriate school year on this page: Calendars, Planners and Contacts

Beginning , schools no longer are required to obtain approval from their Area Superintendent to request the grade window to be re-opened for grade entry.

Requests to open the grade window can only be submitted for the current school year.

Teachers who need to enter grades for students after the grade window has closed should follow the steps below:

If the principal or assistant principal approves, they must create an Infinite Campus Support Ticket using the link on the IC login screen to request the window be opened.

The ticket must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the requested opening day/time.

This allows our support team adequate time to review the request and open the window for the requested day/time for the specific teacher.
