Clear Browser Cache

How to clear your cache:

Google Chrome Browser

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More 

3. Click More tools then, Clear browsing data.

   

4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

6. Click Clear data.

Sign out Everywhere (Log out of IDP/Microsoft sessions)

1. Visit, https://myaccount.microsoft.com/

2. Under overview, click on Sign out everywhere

Microsoft Edge Browser

To clear the cache, you’ll need to navigate to the Clear Browsing Data option. To get there:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Click the Settings and More menu (the three ellipses).

3. Click Settings.

4. Underneath Clear Browsing Data, click Choose What to Clear.

5. Select the items below then click Clear.
