All 12th grade students that have completed their exams and will not be attending school June 1, 2021, June 2, 2021 and June 3, 2021, should be marked as Class Excused (CLS) for those days per Board Policy 5200.01*.
Additionally, please work with your school counselor to identify any 11th grade students that are also graduating this year. If these identified 11th grade students are not attending school on June 1, 2021, June 2, 2021 and June 3, 2021 due to having a full 12th grade schedule, they should also be marked as Class Excused (CLS) for those days.
Teachers should take attendance for all other students for the remaining days that week only on the attendance period that is designated by the Principal. These students are required to attend and should be marked accordingly. For clarification, or if you have any questions, please contact your assigned Student Data Specialist.
