When reviewing a schedule of a the following message may appear:
❗ End date is not within the section start and end dates.
This typically occurs when a student enrollment is ended prior to the beginning of the section.
In our example below, the Enrollment Editor shows this student has multiple enrollments to East HS with different start dates in the same 21-21 school year.
The Walk-in Schedule shows the original schedule was ended on 12/1/2021. When the student returned on 1/14/2022 the sections originally scheduled for quarter 3 and quarter 4 display this error message. This occurred when the first enrollment was ended prior to the beginning of Q3.
In most cases, we can remove the sections from the student schedule. Submit an Infinite Campus Support ticket to have this error message removed.
