After you create a few Ad Hoc reports, it may get more difficult to find the one you are looking for as your list gets longer. We recommend creating folders organized by category to store your Ad Hoc filters for easy retrieval later.
Create a folder for your Ad-Hoc filters
Index > Ad-Hoc Reporting > Filter Designer
Click the Create a New Folder button, and give it a meaningful name, like "Individual Student Transcript Post"
This makes it easy to find your filter later
Move filters into Folders
To move a filter you have created into a folder, simply drag it into the folder
