Rule Description


Severity Level:  2 - URGENT 

How to resolve violations


  • Log in to Certify review the Data Validation Results table.  Determine which students and dates need to be reviewed
  • On Infinite Campus search for the students reported by Certify and review the behavior event. 
    • Search > Student
  • Open the Behavior tab
  • Click the Incident number to open the event for modification.

How to prevent future violations

Review the instructions for entering behavior data.  ** Behavior Basics

Incident Details (Required by CCS) - enter a description of what occurred during the incident in this field. The text placed in this field will generate the text to be added to the pre-formatted Behavior Letters.  If there are more than one participant, the same details will be generated in the letters to all participants.  It is important that confidential student information is not inappropriately released by including it in this field. It is also important to provide details that are objective and fact based. 

Resolution Details enter additional information regarding the resolution.
