  1. Change the school at the top of the screen to ‘Summer School’.

  2. Select the calendar:

    4. Credit Recovery

    VCAP

  4. On your Index tab, select Ad Hoc Reporting.

  5. Select Data Export.

  6. Select Summer Schl Rpts (this folder is only accessible by Coordinators, Administrators and Secretaries).

  7. Select the ‘Summer School Credit Advancement Rosters' or the 'Credit Recovery VCAP Rosters’.

  8. Choose the Export Format (CSV) to manipulate the data - this will send the report to Excel so it can be sorted.

NOTE: You will need to filter the report by section, for your respective high school. The section numbers listed on the report are the building codes to each summer school location.
