The counselor must verify all credits, testing and internship hours
The counselor must complete the Graduation Tab
If the student is graduating during the winter, spring or summer graduation periods, you do the school does not need to submit a withdrawal if the Graduation tab is completed
If the student has a diploma date outside the 3 graduation ceremony dates, you the school will need to submit a withdrawal through the CCSDAS
