Emergency Medical Card/Emergency Contact cards- file with other Emergency cards in the building until current one is received
Keep in mind that this information is now being collected with the Annual Update. Use of the these cards is obsolete and no longer available to order from the warehouse as more and more parents are using the Parent Portal
Writing Portfolios- these are no longer being used in the district. If you have writing portfolios for active students, please send them home with the portfolio. If you have portfolios for students that are no longer active in your building, please follow the instructions for bulk shreding shredding (click HERE)
Pre-Kindergarten screening profiles- (insert info)- Upload to the students documents tab using the upload type “Other” with a note in the comments “Pre-Kindergarten Screening Profile”
Lavender Health Folder - should be given to the school nurse
