This business rule is looking for an Attendance Intervention Plan for all students with a Habitually Truant (HT) date. A student will report as a violation if there is no plan created OR if there is an Attendance Intervention Plan with a start date more than 60 days before the HT date.

Once selected the students attendance documents will show. The students attendance plan was created March 29, 2023. The student would appear on Certify until the attendance plan is uploaded.
