You cannot enter more than one record with the same date/time. If you have multiple records to enter, make sure the time has moved to the next minute. If it has not, you can alter the time if necessary. |

2019 Internship Hours
- Expand the Graduation section of Ad-Hoc Reports
- Choose student 2018 Internship Hours
- Leave the default export format of HTML List Report to see hours totaled as shown below
- To see the results in a spreadsheet, choose Delimited values (CSV) when exporting
