Finding Gifted Information in Infinite Campus

To find the specific areas of gifted identification for that student, click on Student Information - General - Program Participation - Gifted.  The most recent school year folder will have the most current list of identified areas.  Please know this data entry is a work in progress.  The full directions for finding this information is in the attachment.

Scheduling at Home School

How to schedule students attending the Columbus Gifted Academy into the blocker courses in their home school.

1. Create a section of N92300 - GIFTED ACADEMY ALL DAY  - 
   

   Add A Section For A Full Day Schedule Blocker
   
   

2. Check all ' attendance periods, and you are .  The home school is not responsible for attendance for these students since they are not in your the building all day.
3. Enroll Schedule the students into this course that are going to the Gifted Academy.  You can ignore 'gaps' in their schedules for the other periods.

Please make sure the CGA students are properly scheduled as above.  This will save time and hassle with attendance calls for students who are actually at school each day.
