Student Information
If any part of a student’s name, gender, date of birth, race/ethnicity, or place of birth needs to be edited, print the student’s Person Summary Report (Student Information > General > Summary, click on Reports, lower left of screen, "Person Summary Report.pdf") marking the changes that need to be made. Email the report along with supporting documentation to Sue Suzanna Pliska, Central Enrollment. Note: if the supporting documentation is uploaded into Infinite Campus, email only the Person Summary report to Sue.

Demographic information for students, parent/guardians AND emergency contacts can only be modified by the Division of the Registrar. Demographic Information includes name, gender, date of birth, race/ethnicity. Contact Information such as home and mobile numbers are changed at school. Household addresses with approved documentation are also changed at the school. |

To edit the demographic information – name or gender – for parents, guardians, and/or emergency contacts, send a request to Central Enrollment, Division of the Registrar.
