Student Information
If any part of a student’s name, gender, date of birth, race/ethnicity, or place of birth needs to be edited, print the student’s Person Summary Report (Student Information > General > Summary, click on Reports, lower left of screen) marking the changes that need to be made. Email the report along with supporting documentation to Sue Suzanna Pliska, Central Enrollment. Note: if the supporting documentation is uploaded into Infinite Campus, email only the Person Summary report to Sue.

Demographic information for students, parent/guardians AND emergency contacts can only be modified by the Division of the Registrar. Demographic Information includes name, gender, date of birth, race/ethnicity. Contact Information such as home and mobile numbers are changed at school. Household addresses with approved documentation are also changed at the school. |

To edit the demographic information – name or gender – for parents, guardians, and/or emergency contacts, send a request to Central Enrollment, Division of the Registrar.
