Recommended Web Browsers
Google Chrome is the recommended web browser for accessing Confluence. You can also use the latest versions of Safari or Firefox. Internet Explorer does not render pages consistently and is NOT recommended.
If you are clicking a link via email to open Confluence and it opens Internet Explorer, ask your building tech to help you change your default web browser to Chrome.

If you see the message above, it means you have not entered your Confluence username and password. Locate the icon in the upper right corner of your browser and click to enter your credentials. |
To enter your credentials, select Log in with Google:
When prompted, enter your CCS email address or choose it from a list. Click Next, then enter your password.
To request access to restricted Atlassian Confluence Spaces, submit a support ticket.

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More
Click More tools then then, Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
