  • Enter Events & Participants
    • Click the Image Removed buttonAdd Event / Participant button
      • Choose the Event Type from the drop-list (please review the list and choose the item most closely related to the event)
      • Reported by - leave blank
      • Action Assigned by - leave blank
      • Add Participants
        • By default the filter is set to students.  Type in all or part of the student name in the search box and click  Image Removedclick the Search button
        • Choose the correct student from the list by clicking on their name
        • Add Participant Details
          • Role - Choose the most appropriate item from the list (defaults to offender)
          • Injury - If there was an injury involved, choose the most appropriate option (defaults to no injury)
            • if there was an injury, add an Injury Description and check the box if medical service was provided
          • Details - Add details to the event as it pertains to this student.  This is where you can be specific with student names, etc.  
        • If there are additional participants, repeat the steps above.
        • When finished, click Save. 
  • After all details and participants have been entered, click the Image RemovedSubmit button at the top of the screen.
  • A message will appear indicating that the behavior event has been submitted.
