Student Miscellaneous Maintenance
When students return the signed forms such as the Acceptable Use Policy, Code of Conduct, or sign the Do Not Release Student Information form, the information needs to be documented in Infinite Campus. The page numbers below indicate the page number corresponding to the Guide to Student Success.
To add or change a household address, you must first search for the household.

Search for the Student.

Tab.
Select Student from the drop-down menu.
Select a student, click the Student Miscellaneous Tab.
Parent/Student Acknowledgement Form (Page 24): A check mark on Signed Code of Conduct indicates this form has been signed and returned.
Acceptable Use Policy (page 25): make the appropriate selection.
Consent for Release of Student Information Form (Page 26)
Directory Information use the drop-down menu for applicable selection.
Photographs, Audio, Video, or Electronic Images use the drop-down menu for applicable selection.
Original Works of Art and Written Materials use the drop-down menu for applicable selection.
Quoted Statements use the drop-down menu for applicable selection.
Written Letters use the drop-down menu for applicable selection.
Parent-Student-School Compact Form (Page 27) - A check mark on Parent-Student-School Compact indicates this form has been signed and returned.
Census Verification Form (Census>Reports>Census Verification): if distributed to parents, check the box if returned.
Click Save.
