When you select a list, messages will appear on both sides of your screen. The message on the right side of the screen will inform you that you must select your connected RFID reader and connect it. (See below) The message on the left will list the different serial ports to connect your RFID reader. Please select the port that starts with the letters ‘TWN’. (see below).

If you do not select this, the RFID number will not populate even though the badge will still WILL STILL print. The system will give you a warning at the time of printing. To check to see if this error has occurred, refresh your page, search for the student again, and check to see if the RFID number was populated. (See Below) |

A After connecting to the RFID reader, a list of students will appear. Search for the student you need to print a badge for by using the ‘Search’ option. Youcan search by Person ID, Student Number, Last Name or First Name. Once you have located the student click the blue ‘Select’ button next to their Person ID number.
