Below is an example of a student withdrawal rejection for revision. The student has discrepancies (periods where she is not marked absent) in attendance with us during the period while she was attending another district (per ODDEX).

Per ODDEX, she was enrolled with ECOT from 11/23/16 to 12/18/2016 and then enrolled in Fostoria City (01/09/2017 to current). CCSDAS has a records request from ECOT and a district attendance letter generated by our district.

The student should have absence records for every period and every day after 1/09/17.  Although there are absences missing (as you can see in the screenshot below), they come AFTER the student has been verified as attending in another district.  When the student is withdrawn from CCS, all of the absences will be deleted back to the withdraw date, so there is no point in adding in the missing attendance just to have it deleted.  For this reason, approvers should not reject withdraw requests with missing attendance after the withdraw date.
