Students with 72 or more total hours of Unexcused Absence in a year MUST HAVE a Parent Invitation Letter, an Absence Intervention Team assigned and an Absence Intervention Plan created in Infinite Campus.

Students with 65 or more total hours of Absence in a year MUST HAVE an Absence Notification Letter.
Four NEW rules have been created
These rule mimic the four rules above, but are for Pre-School Students only
These Pre-School rules are severity level 5, which have no impact to the data quality score
