Education Options Process Notes

  1. Collect Application - Need Start Date
  2. Scan Application 
    1. Insert flash drive into right side of copier into flash drive port

      2. Copy either on glass or through the feeder

      3. Push scan button

      4. Choose USB Drive option Or Email

      5. Name file-hit OK

      6. Push PDF Option

      7. Push USB Media Option or Job Finish for Email

      8. Push OK

      9. Push Scan 

      10. You will see the copier saying erasing which means it is going to your flashdrive

      11. (bottom right) Will tell you to remove USB safely

      12. Put flash drive in computer

      13. Click My computer (wait for option of flash drive to appear) Double Click.

      14. Use save as function and save to your desktop

      15. It can now be loaded into the documents section of IC

      This would probably work well for when you need to quickly scan a document which is many pages long.

  3. Upload Application to IC
    1. Search for the Student
    2. All People > Student Number
    3. Documents Tab 
    4. Upload Document (If button is grayed out, Check the school and year)
    5. Select Document Type
    6. Select School Year
    7. Add a Comment
    8. Choose File
    9. Save
  4. Create Enrollment (Secondary)
  5. Add Course to Schedule
  6. Enter a Final Grade
  7. Post Final Grade to Transcript
