It's more than likely we haven’t made any changes to your tool rights. You might be having issues with your browser cache. The students you search at one building get stuck and display as the same students when you search another building.
I am unable to access students from Innis and Easthaven on Infinite Campus. It worked fine yesterday, so I'm not sure what happened.
Open the Google Chrome Browser
- Go to the top right and click on three dot icon
- More tools > Clear browsing data > Make sure cached is checked > Clear data
