Grade Entry

Previously, VCAP grades were entered in the Final grading task in Infinite Campus.  To better streamline the verification and post to transcript processes, teachers will no longer use the Final Grading task.

In its place, a new grading task called VCAP Proposed Grade has been created. 

In the Campus Instruction Module, teachers will enter grades using the Post Grades module.

• Make sure to choose the VCAP Proposed Grade task as shown below:

• Teachers will no longer be able to enter a Final grade, as these fields have been locked, as shown below
