Run Missing Grades Report

Grade Window Closes

Re-Open Grade window request

For any grades to be entered by a teacher after the grade window closes, approval must be requested by the principal through an Infinite Campus support ticket.

The request must include:

  • Teacher Name

  • List of courses/sections to be opened

  • 2-hour window of time to process grades

As needed. This should only be requested if a teacher has many missing grades that need to be entered.

PLEASE NOTE: For Q4 2025, the grading window will not be opened outside of the schedule previously agreed to with CEA. Staff needing to submit a grade corrections/grade changes outside of the grading window will need to use the CCSDAS Academic Grade Change Request to initiate that change.

Request grades to be Posted to Transcript

Post all Final Grades to transcript

Underclassmen: After a ticket is received from building administrator indicating all final grades are in and verified.

Graduates: As indicated on the yearly Mark Entry calendar Grade Window - Mark Entry Calendars

NOTE: At the end of the school year, each high school must submit a list of their graduating students via support ticket so that we can ensure all of their grades get posted in a timely manner. This needs to occur before the due date for final teacher grade entry (for graduates).

Run Transcript Audit Report

Make any necessary corrections to student transcripts based on the Transcript Audit Report.
