Secondary Grading Process - Start to Finish

| 9 | Re-Open Grade window request For any grades to be entered by a teacher after the grade window closes, approval must be requested by the principal through an Infinite Campus support ticket. The request must include:
| administrator | As needed. This should only be requested if a teacher has many missing grades that need to be entered. PLEASE NOTE: For Q4 2025, the grading window will not be opened outside of the schedule previously agreed to with CEA. Staff needing to submit a grade corrections/grade changes outside of the grading window will need to use the CCSDAS Academic Grade Change Request to initiate that change. |

Graduates: As indicated on the yearly Mark Entry calendar Grade Window - Mark Entry Calendars NOTE: At the end of the school year, each high school must submit a list of their graduating students via support ticket so that we can ensure all of their grades get posted in a timely manner. This needs to occur before the due date for final teacher grade entry (for graduates). |
