Description: This overview is intended to introduce Nationwide Children’s Hospital staff to the NCH Tab in Infinite Campus.

Index Tab > Student Information > Health > General > NCH Tab

The Health module of Student Information allows users to record the health information of individual students. This information is broken into tabs, each pertaining to specific parts of a student’s health information. NCH users will only have access to the NCH tab.

To access the NCH tab, you must first search for and select the student you wish to enter information for.  Check to make sure you are in the correct school and year.   

Click the ‘New Status’ button to begin entering NCH information on the student you have selected. 

1. The status date and time will prepopulate with the current date and time.
2. Select the program from the drop-down list.
3. Select the reason for the visit from the drop-down list.
4. Enter the ‘Date of Service’ (note this is a required field).
5. Use the check boxes at the bottom of the screen to note verbal consent and whether a hard copy of consent is on file.
6. Once completed, click the Save button at the top of the screen.
