Family Engagement Call List

This report is intended to be used by Family Engagement Coordinators and other staff that need to reach out to parents/guardians.

Path:

Index > Ad Hoc Reporting > Data Export > _Demographics/Enrollment > Family Engagement Call List

Click on the Index tab
Scroll down and expand Ad Hoc Reporting
Click Data Export
In the Saved Filters box, scroll down and expand the + icon for _Demographics/Enrollment
Scroll down to the Family Engagement Call List report
Select Delimited values (CSV) as the export format. This will allow you to open the report in Excel.
Click the Export button

The last column is a 3-character code that represents the students' primary language spoken at home (if specified). A mapping of codes to languages is included in the attachment below.
