Student Name Labels

Student Labels with Student Name, Student Number and Birth Date

This report is formatted to print on 1" X 2-5/8" labels. Labels include: Student Name, Student No., and Birthday. Only the students whose birth date falls within the user input date range are included in the report.

PATH: Student Information => Reports => File Labels by DOB

1. Starting Birth Date = 1/1/1990 was used in this example; however, enter a date that will capture all students.

2. Ending Birth Date = Enter today’s date. 

3. How would you like the report sorted?  = By Name

4. Generate Report
