Loading Cards into the ID Printer

To print cards, schools have been provided with the Evolis Altess printer. A CCS technician should have already setup your printer in your building. Follow the instructions below to load cards into your printer.
Open the top section of your printer to place blank cards into your card feeder. The cards should be placed with the blank face of the card facing up. The card should be placed with the solid end inserted first, the slotted (hole) end of the card should be nearest to the opening. The card holder will hold 100 blank cards.
There have been several users who have let us know that their cards need to be loaded the opposite way then shown below. This would mean having the side with the opening for the lanyard go into the card feeder first. Please print a card as practice to determine the best way to load your printer.
Open the bottom of your printer to remove printed cards from the tray.
