Registering Students for 20/21 Summer Experience

Building secretaries and administrators now have the ability to enroll students in our CCS Summer Experience using CCSDAS to enroll on the behalf of families. This can be used for grade levels of students kindergarten and up. *Pre-K registration instructions below

Log in to CCSDAS
Click Student Information>Central Registration>Summer School>Create
Complete the information
Submit

The registration process for Pre-K students for the 20/21 Summer Experience is different from K-5 students. Please follow the procedures below:

Visit the summer experience page on the CCS website (click here )
Select "Rising Kindergartners link on the left hand side (see screenshot):
Click the link at the top of the page (see screenshot):
Complete the registration information (make sure the parent's email is entered for the email address so they get a receipt) and hit submit when done.

The pre-k office will confirm kindergarten enrollment for 21/22 school year and complete the registration based on the information provided.
