Saving & Organizing Ad Hocs
After you create a few Ad Hoc reports, it may get more difficult to find the one you are looking for as your list gets longer. We recommend creating folders organized by category to store your Ad Hoc filters for easy retrieval later.
Saving Ad Hoc filters
During the filter creation process, you can click Save or Save and Test at any time to save your progress. This will save the filter into you own set of filters that only you can access.
Create a folder for your Ad-Hoc filters
Index > Ad-Hoc Reporting > Filter Designer
Click the Create a New Folder button, and give it a meaningful name
This makes it easy to find your filter later
Move filters into Folders
To move a filter you have created into a folder, simply drag it into the folder
