Grade Window - Mark Entry Calendars

Grading Window determines when grades can be posted to official student documents, such as Report Cards and Transcripts. Teachers can enter scores at any time, but posting grades is usually done during specific times, such as when progress reports are sent out or towards the end of terms and semesters. The Grading Window will be opened during the dates and times listed on the Mark Entry Calendars.

Please ensure that grades are entered during the defined grade entry windows to prevent delays in the processing of report cards and posting of grades to student transcripts.

Requests to enter grades after the grade window is closed

Please note, for any grades to be entered by a teacher after the grade window closes, approval must be requested by your principal through an Infinite Campus support ticket. The request must include the teacher’s name and the courses and a 2 hour window of time when the teacher is able to enter the grades. The ticket should be submitted at least 24 hours before the requested time. Remember, principals have the ability to make grade entries/changes on behalf of the teacher at any time during the current school year, with proper documentation.
