Grade Entry Calendars
Teachers may enter assignment scores at any time, but posting end of quarter grades and final course grades must be done during the published Grading Window. Current year grading window dates can be found here:
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that grades are entered during the defined grade entry windows to prevent delays in the processing of report cards and posting of grades to student transcripts.

What if the grade window is missed?
PLEASE NOTE: The grading window will not be opened outside of the schedule previously agreed to with CEA. Staff needing to submit missing grades or grade changes outside of the grading window will need to use the CCSDAS Academic Grade Change Request to initiate that change.
