Getting Started
Did you ever wonder what the portal looks like to our parents and students? This document gives you a quick example of what our parents and students see when they log in. The Portal opens to the Welcome page. If the parent/guardian has more than one student in the home, there is a drop-down menu on log in to choose the applicable student.
District and/or School notices will display if they have been marked to post to the portal.
Calendar
The parent can click on the Assignments Due icon to view details about the assignment:
The parent can click on the Attendance Event(s) icon to view more information.
Schedule
Parents can view a students schedule.
Attendance
A calendar of Attendance events displays at the top of the screen, with a summary by course at the bottom.
The parent can click on a date with an Attendance event for details.
Grades
The student’s recently graded assignments will display at the top of the Grades screen. The parent may have to utilize the scroll bar to view all assignments.
Posted grades will display by Course in the lower part of the screen.
