Accessing Last Year's Grades in the Portal

We’ve received several inquiries from schools regarding the ability to access student’s grades from last year (19-20) via the portal.  While we are pleased that more and more parents are using the portal as a tool to keep up to date with their student’s information, unfortunately they will not be able to see last year’s data at this time.

The portal only shows ‘current year’ grades to parents and students.  As part of our annual Year-End Processing, the ‘current year’ was updated to 20-21 on July 25, 2020. We do this every year about this time to support Woodcrest ES, which typically opens at the end of July.  This is the cut-off date for viewing the previous year’s report cards in the portal.  If parents would like to see a student’s report card, we recommend that they call or email the school, and the appropriate staff member can run a report card and email it to the parent.

The ability to switch between years has never been available in the portal – you can only do this in the main user interface which is not available to parents and students.

Remember, if there are specific issues regarding the portal that arise that you cannot answer, we are here to help you get the right information to your parents and students.  If this occurs, please send us a support ticket so that we can research and get back to you in an efficient manner.  This is preferred over email, as our team processes tickets before email requests.
