Infinite Campus Active Year Changing to 2020-2021

The Active School Year in Infinite Campus will be changing to 2020-2021 at approximately 9:00am on Saturday, July 25^th.

In addition to the default year at the top of the screen defaulting to 20-21, you will see the following changes occur by the end of day on Monday, July 27:

Access will be enabled for schedulers to use the Roster Setup tool, to delete course sections, and for counselors to overload sections.
Nightly data feeds to Clever and other third-party systems will resume
Parent/Student portal will point to 20-21 data
Teachers will have access to see their 20-21 classes / rosters

Parents & students will no longer be able to see 2019-2020 data in the portal. Access to schedule information is turned off until August 28. If schools wish this to be turned on sooner for their building, send a support ticket and this will be enabled for your building only.

While teachers will now be able to see their schedules and students, we understand that some schools may still be working on their schedule for the upcoming school year. For this reason, we recommend administrators communicate with their teachers if their schedule is still incomplete and is subject to change.
