Infinite Campus Support - Email Confirmation
Each time you submit a ticket via the Jira Service Desk for Infinite Campus Support, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within just a few minutes.
Not seeing this e-mail? Check your Clutter and/or Junk mail folders. If you find it’s been routing there, simply drag the e-mail to your Inbox and Outlook will begin learning that it’s mail you want to receive.
You can also track the Status of your Request. In the upper right corner of the Service Desk home screen, there is a button labeled "Requests" with a number indicating how many open requests you have. Click on this button to see the status of any request. You can also add a question, comment or attachment.
