Infinite Campus Support - Email Confirmation

  • Each time you submit a ticket via the Jira Service Desk for Infinite Campus Support, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within just a few minutes.

Not seeing this e-mail? Check your Clutter and/or Junk mail folders. If you find it’s been routing there, simply drag the e-mail to your Inbox and Outlook will begin learning that it’s mail you want to receive.

 

  • You can also track the Status of your Request. In the upper right corner of the Service Desk home screen, there is a button labeled "Requests" with a number indicating how many open requests you have. Click on this button to see the status of any request. You can also add a question, comment or attachment.
