Build: - Step 4 - Generate the Master Schedule Report

After creating your sections and assigning teachers, verify section settings by printing the Master Schedule Report. 

  1. Select the next school year from the drop-down menu (Remember to change the year back when completing current year tasks).

  2. On the Index tab, click Scheduling > Reports > Master Schedule.

  3. Keep all settings and generate the report.

  4. Check the following information:

a.     Check all Section Numbers for accuracy.

b.     Verify all Teachers are correctly assigned.

c.     Verify all room numbers are correct

d.     Verify that all sections are assigned to the correct Team if applicable.

e.     Verify all sections are in the correct period.
